Images from your portrait session are usually ready in just a few days and will be presented to you in the form of a presentation folio. These folios can be removed from the studio for a period of 7 days but only after a deposit of $299 which is applied to your final order. We also require the signature of a parent or legal guardian on our Preview Contract if you want to take them home. Our images are now created electronically so there are no old fashioned paper "proofs" to take home. Preview images are viewed before retouching, so blemishes and imperfections may show. These will be removed in your finished portraits. Basic retouching is included in all of our portrait packages.

     You'll place your order for final portraits during your Order Appointment.Most order appointments should only take about 15 minutes but only if you have made all of your purchasing decisions beforehand. We will be happy to help you in selecting the best poses, sizes, and finishes but ultimately it's "your" decision. Portraits, of course, are custom made items, so must be paid in full at the time they are ordered. At that time we will give you an estimated completion date. Please bear in mind that this completion date is an estimate only, and your portraits may be completed before or after that date. We will notify you as soon as everything is ready for delivery. We cannot deliver partial orders, including yearbook glossies, unless the entire order has been paid in full.

     We guarantee that you will be delighted with your finished portraits. If anything about your finished portraits is not what you expected, let us know within 3 days of picking up your order and we will have them corrected or remade to your satisfaction, or refund your money.
Please Note:
Our custom finishing laboratory and retouching artists allow us only a limited time to return the orders. In order to guarantee your satisfaction, you must pick up your finished portraits within 10 days of being notified of their completion. We cannot guarantee finished portraits that are not picked up within 10 days of notification.


Both of our children have had their high school graduation photos done at Campanellie's and we have been very impressed with the results. Lauren and Chris thoroughly enjoyed their portrait session and had a great time picking out their clothes and props to bring along with them, as well as the family pets!
