Studio Policies

? Sitting Fees - cover the cost of our time and the production of your previews. It allows us to spend the time necessary to assure you the best, and I mean THE BEST senior portraits in the area. To do this, it takes a lot of valuable time, attention, and personal service! Our multi-level session fees allow you to select the type and style of coverage that is best suited for you.

? Payment - All sitting fees must be prepaid! After scheduling your appointment, your session fee is due within 7 days in order to hold your appointment time for you . Your previews can be viewed in the studio or taken home for a week after a deposit of at least a basic package is made and a parent or guardian signs our preview contract. Once you have decided on your finished prints payment can be made in the form of Cash, Check, VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.

? Refunds - If cancellation or postponement is given at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session, we will issue a credit for your deposit towards photography of any kind. For unkept and uncancelled appointments, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of an emergency, please notify the studio.

? Guarantee - If you are not pleased with your portraits and you think it is our fault (e.g. camera or lighting failure, lab error, or shipping damage) then we will retake your photos or refund every cent of your deposit. However, if you want us to retake photos because of a bad hair day, you're unhappy with the clothes you selected, excessive and uncontrollable blinking, or you don't like your expression, these will only be done at an additional expense on your part.

Our photographs are protected by U.S. Copyright Laws. Any unlawful duplication will be dealt with severely.
