Portrait Reservation Fees
Reservation fees reserve Mary Jean and Joe's time exclusively for you. Reservation fees are not a deposit toward prints. Your reservation fee is determined by the number of session "modules" you select. Each change of clothes, location, or set is a new module. You may select as many as you need. The most popular ones are listed here. Remember, if you need traditional "yearbook" poses, you must select the "yearbook" module. Since Reservation Fees reserve the photographer's time exclusively for you, we require
payment of the reservation fee at the time you make your appointment.
We cannot reserve a time for you without the payment of the reservation fee. Failure to keep your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. We reserve sufficient time for your photography session to insure a quality portrait. We will make every effort to make your portrait session a relaxed and enjoyable time, so don't worry about a thing, we'll take very good care of you.

      About Scheduling
We appreciate and respect the value of your time. Because of that fact we see clients only by appointment. In order to allow us to stay on schedule and therefore to provide our clients with the individual attention they deserve, we ask that you please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. Try to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled session time so you may have sufficient time to check hair, makeup,
and clothing. Arriving late may result in the cancellation of your session and the loss of your reservation fee. Failing to keep an appointment without 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture
of your reservation fee. If for some reason you are running late for your appointment, please phone the studio to see if we are able to accommodate you later In order to maintain our schedule and not to inconvenience other clients, we normally cannot start a portrait session if you are more than 10 minutes late.

      When Your Previews Are Ready
When your previews are ready for pick up you will be requested to leave a $299 deposit. This deposit is applied 100% toward your portrait order. You will also need to bring your day planner or calendar with you so that we can schedule a time for you to return your previews. In order for your previews to leave the studio for a period of 7 days we will need a signature from a parent or legal guardian.
